in 1990, we are members of the International House World Organisation
(IHWO).
IHWO is a network of over one hundred schools around the world,
based in over 30 countries, all committed to the highest standards
in education and training. Our goal is to raise language education
standards world-wide.
We have run language courses for many individuals from all walks
of life, ages, levels and backgrounds, from doctors to University
students, retired artists to A level students. We have also run
language courses for corporate clients such as the cabin crew of
British Airways, engineers of Siemens and bankers of UBS.

We operate as an independent service for those
looking for a suitable overseas language course. This gives us the
flexibility to offer the best courses in each country.

What we offer is a selection of independent language centres, not
part of a chain, although many are affiliated to International House.

Except for a £25 booking fee, we charge the
same as if you go directly to the school. What we can offer is a
pick of the best courses from that centre, knowledge and peace of
mind that we know the key people there and can prepare the school
in advance of your particular needs.
There are undoubtedly cheaper schools and courses around, but if
it is your time and money you are investing, we can give you the
confidence that you will have chosen a quality language programme
to suit your needs.
Your
guarantee of quality
We have selected language centres for their proven
reputation for providing high quality language courses. They are
independently owned and managed, but all adhere to high codes of
practice and follow rigorous inspections to ensure they all offer
the same high quality education and customer service.
The schools are hand-picked by us. They are either International
House schools, Equals accredited (the European Q.C. standard) or
chosen through a long standing association with In-Languages and
its clients. The schools have also been chosen for their friendly
and understanding approach towards their students.
In the UK we are British Council accredited for our language services.
Where
will I stay?
We encourage students to stay in host family accommodation;
either bed and breakfast or half board, which ensures total immersion
in the language and culture. Students get to practise the language
particularly at meal times with the family and this serves to maximise
progress.
Other types of accommodation that are available are hotels and in
certain destinations studios or shared flats. We will always check
availability for you.
