How Does it Work

Subscribing to the Phone Course:

Step 1: language level
Step 2: choose the number of hours you want to study
Step 3: register for your course
Step 4: continue or cancel your course

Step 1: Evaluate your language level

The evaluation is carried out using our Linguistic Audit Online, available via internet. Personal access codes will be sent to you by email after your pre-registration. The results of your assessment enables us to customize your course and select the most effective training materials for you.

The evaluation consists of two parts:

Registering your personal details
Completing a 30-minute test to establish your current level

Step 2: Choose of the number of hours you want to study

After assessing the results of your Linguistic Audit, you are welcome to choose the number of hours that you think are necessary.

Step 3: Register for your course

Choose your method of payment and provide the following information:

Your preferred starting date
Your telephone number (landline)
Your preferred schedule

Step 4: Continue or cancel your course

Continue your course
If you are satisfied with your trial lesson, your registration will be confirmed and your lessons will proceed as planned. You will receive your personalized course details by email for the rest of the established program and your teacher will continue your lessons.

Cancellation of your course
If you are not completely satisfied with your course, you may cancel your subscription without penalty or justification.
